How to reduce the intake of additives? Ying Zhen Lu suggested "eat in season, eat on the ground." When purchasing packaged ingredients, please pay attention to the labeling of product ingredients. Do not buy products with too many additives, and do not pursue "very delicious" because many umami flavors come from additives.
It is hoped that the AA Association can implement the establishment of a supervision mechanism between the catering industry and consumers, ring together each others knowledge and strive for a less costly, high quality, and balanced additive-free food system for the health of the people.
