The A.A. Taste Awards were established to recognize food and beverage manufacturers dedicated to providing an additive-free food supply.
The candidates for this award focus on delivering quality, healthy, and delicious food.
The A.A. Taste Awards serve as an incentive for excellence and call for a more conscious food system.
Testing Methodology
Products are blind tasted, which means that all the tasters are not knowing any information of the brand name or the product name of the products. The tasters can only receive short information about the products. Every product is evaluated by 7 factors, which are the first impression, odor, visual, taste, aftertaste, texture-mouthfeel, and pure. Each jury evaluates products individually. They will keep silent and not supposed to communicate with other jury members or to exchange the comment of the products.
Autonomous Jury Board
Individuals and organizations will be carefully surveyed via jury members from the A.A. Taste Awards. The jury panel formation consists of Michelin chefs, nutritionists, dietitians, professors, and food editors.
